Terms, privacy and DMCA

Terms of service

These are the main points of how we work together. The binding version is the agreement you sign when you accept an offer, and that document takes precedence.

  • You must be 13 or older to submit a video.
  • By submitting, you confirm that you recorded the footage, or otherwise hold the rights to license it, and that you have not granted those rights exclusively to anyone else.
  • You keep ownership of your video. You grant us the right to license it on your behalf and to act against unauthorised copies.
  • Submitting is free and creates no obligation. Nothing is agreed until you sign an offer.
  • Revenue is shared according to the split stated in your offer, and paid on the schedule set out there.
  • Either side may end the agreement in writing. Licences already granted to buyers continue for their agreed term.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to license your footage and pay you.

  • What we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the video you send, and the signature you add to the submission form.
  • Why: to contact you about your clip, to prepare the licensing agreement, and to pay you.
  • Who sees it: our own team, and the service providers we rely on for hosting and payments. We do not sell your personal data.
  • How long: for as long as your footage is licensed through us, plus the period we are required to keep financial records.
  • Your choices: write to us to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it.

DMCA and misuse reports

If your video is being used without permission, or you believe content in our catalogue infringes your rights, write to [email protected].

To help us act quickly, include:

  • Links to each place the material appears.
  • A description of the work, and evidence that it is yours.
  • Your contact details.
  • A statement that you believe the use is not authorised, and that the information you have given is accurate.

We review every report and respond to the address you write from. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are removed.
